We welcome you to join us for worship and fellowship.
Sunday Worship - Traditional
Traditional worship service with hymns, organ, and liturgy. Holy Communion is available, except when it is the fifth Sunday of a month, when we have morning prayer instead.

Holy Communion (1662 BCP)
A short Holy Communion service (1662 BCP) is held in the Chapel of Remembrance beneath the church, from 7:45am to 8:15am on the Fourth Sunday of each month.
Morning Tea
Morning tea is served in the Church Hall, and is provided by our community, free of charge to all. Gluten Free and Dairy Free options are often available.
Church Library
The church library is open in the Church Hall between the two Sunday morning services on the first and third Sunday of the month.
Location
St Andrew’s is located at 160 Vulture Street, South Brisbane. Our beautiful heritage 1878 gothic building and 1910 church hall are situated high on a hill, in the heart of one of Brisbane’s rapidly growing inner-city suburbs.
Once, the church building would have been easily visible from afar; today, it is almost hidden by nearby high-rise apartment blocks!
Vistor Information
- There are two carparks on the site – the top carpark is entered from Vulture Street and the bottom car park from Ernest Street. Parking onsite is free on Sundays if you are attending church.
- The church is close to Southbank rail and bus stations, and over the road from Brisbane State High School.
- St Andrew’s South Brisbane has wheelchair access via the ramp at the rear of the church building.
- Bicycles can be chained against the railing next to the church hall.
- Sunday services commence at 8:30 am, 10:30 am and 6:30 pm and span approximately 1-1.5 hours.
